32 years and counting…

Before I was married and before most of you were born, I started working for a company. Today, marks 32 years as being gainfully employed with the same employer…well sort of…they merged once (1989), got bought by a foreign entity (1999), then sold off (2006) to Warren Buffet and group. [The good news is that we still have company parties and they now serve free hotdogs. The bad news is that the parties are held on Saturdays at RC Wileys.]

I've worked at several locations doing various jobs. I've worked at Olmstead Hydro Plant and Hale Steam Plant, then back to Olmstead. My tag lines are: I've been to Hale and back or I've seen Hale and high water.

It's still a great company to work for and I'm looking forward to a few more good years with them.
